New Year's ARC giveaway of A BREATH OF EYRE!

Today is January 3rd, which means my book will be hitting shelves in less than three months, 83 days to be precise—yikes! It is absolutely terrifying to think of people actually reading this book to which I’ve given so much of my heart, time, and sweat. But I hope people fall in love with Emma, Gray, Michelle, and Owen as I have and enjoy spending time lost in the world of Jane Eyre. And I really hope people love the characters enough to pick up the sequel, A TOUCH OF SCARLET, which I have finally finished in draft form! While I had outlined the sequel for my editor this summer, this second book kept surprising me and taking me down unexpected paths, particularly as Emma travels into The Scarlet Letter this time—lots of secrets and scandal! Emma grows up so much in this book, and the relationships developed in A BREATH OF EYRE just get more complicated and meaningful. If the series sounds like your cup of tea, I’d love it if you would consider adding the books to your Goodreads list.

SHAMELESS PROMOTION ALERT: A BREATH OF EYRE is also available for pre-order at Barnes and Noble, Amazon, and Indiebound. ;)

For those who haven’t read it yet, here is the official synopsis:
Emma Townsend has always believed in stories—the ones she reads voraciously, and the ones she creates in her head. Perhaps it’s because she feels like an outsider at her exclusive prep school, or because her stepmother doesn’t come close to filling the void left by her mother’s death. And her only romantic prospect—apart from a crush on her English teacher—is Gray Newman, a long-time friend who just adds to Emma’s confusion. But escape soon arrives in an old leather-bound copy of Jane Eyre…

Reading of Jane’s isolation sparks a deep sense of kinship. Then fate takes things a leap further when a lightning storm catapults Emma right into Jane’s body and her nineteenth-century world. As governess at Thornfield, Emma has a sense of belonging she’s never known—and an attraction to the brooding Mr. Rochester. Now, moving between her two realities and uncovering secrets in both, Emma must decide whether her destiny lies in the pages of Jane’s story, or in the unwritten chapters of her own…

All you have to do is leave a comment below telling me one reason why you’re excited about 2012. Plus, you get:

I just love how a new year opens up so full of promise. It's almost like we can start fresh and this will be the year I lose the weight, I'll write that book, and so on...and yes those are things I want to accomplish this year. I'm looking forward to this fall with a bittersweet heart as my son will start kindergarten and my daughter will begin preschool.Every year brings growth and change with.

I'm very excited about 2012 because my first novel, "A Question of Time," is coming out in November from Champagne Books!

I'm a huge fan of portal fantasies and Jane Eyre, and I can't wait to read your book, since it combines the best of both worlds. Awesome!

I forgot to say why Im excited for 2012! Really just because it's a new year and feels like a fresh start. Im hoping to spend more time with my family this year, and looking forward to doing a lot of reading. Ive vowed to post reviews online for everything I read since I rarely did last year and I know that it's meaningful for many authors.

I'm excited for 2012, as it's a new year full of possibilties. I've set New Year Resolutions for both blogging and life. I think (and hope) this will be the year I don't ditch them and really have a crack at them. I'm also excited about so many awesome books coming out this year! I'm already excited for when my sister returns from studying in North Carolina, which is about June. She leaves today, and even though I know this is a dream of her's to go to America, I miss her like crazy already!

Wow, thank you so much for this amazing opportunity to win this ARC! I'm so excited, and best of luck to all who enter! :)
I'm excited for this year because it means lots and lots of new books! I've got a list backed up of all the books I'm waiting for and their release dates, and I've got Barnes and Noble bookmarked on my computer for easy access. :) There's nothing like a good book to start off the new year! Or, in my case, good books.
It would be amazing to win A Breath of Eyre! The cover is absolutely gorgeous, and it sounds like an amazing story! Anyone would be thrilled to have it on their bookshelf, especially me. Thanks again for the contest, and hope you have a wonderful, wonderful new year!
